The Villa
The Villa is detached, is located in a very desirable area, has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeps between 6 to 7 people, and is less than 100 meters from the seafront - and the glorious white sand and blue waters of the Mediterranean.
It has been very tastefully furnished, has stone flooring throughout, is spacious, and is fully air conditioned.
It has a superb very large 1st floor veranda with sea views, a further terrace on the ground floor at the front of the villa, and a private garden which has a private swimming pool (see 3rd photo on this page) together with a lovely patio area & a brick barbeque.

Private Swimming Pool
The villa has a private swimming pool, and has a lovely landscaped garden with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The rear garden also has a brick built barbeque, an outside shower, and has ample lighting.

The villa has 3 separate terrace areas each having ample tables & chairs; these are complemented by a delightful range of tropical shrubs, plants & flowers. The picture shows some of the front garden, close to the front terrace.

The Location
Situated within an easy 35 minutes drive of Larnaca airport, this luxury 3 bedroom Villa is ideally located in a tranquil area yet is within only a 3 minutes drive of an excellent choice of amenities.
The Villa enjoys views of the Mediterranean sea, is only 100 meters front the sea, and is also within a leisurely five minutes walk of a superb white sandy beach with a picturesque chapel overlooking it. *In the image on the right, ours is the 6th villa from the sea on the left hand side.

Local Scenery:
The area not only has numerous excellent beaches, but it is also host to some delightful coves and inlets.
The picture on the right depicts a local cove, where one can walk or drive down to the superb beach, & as shown in the picture the sea there is normally crystal clear.

Local Beaches
This part of Cyprus benefits from many glorious beaches of fine white sand and warm water such as Nissi Beach, and there are also a number of small and quiet bays with transparent water in the vicinity.
